Pre-launch: URL-mapping & redirect strategy
We build a complete URL-mapping (old URLs – new URLs) including paginated archives, parameters, media files, and language versions. 301-redirects are implemented in .htaccess, nginx, Cloudflare Workers, or the platform’s redirect manager – never redirect chains, never 302.
Staging, QA & content parity
The staging environment is blocked from indexing. We run a Screaming Frog crawl of both the old and new sites to verify content parity, metadata, schema, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals before launch.
Schema, sitemap & hreflang
Structured data (Organization, Article, Product, BreadcrumbList) is built in from the start. New XML-sitemaps, robots.txt, and hreflang are validated and submitted in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Launch & live-monitoring
We monitor indexing, ranking, 404s, redirect chains, Core Web Vitals, and organic traffic daily for 4-6 weeks after launch – and fix problems within hours, not days. A rollback plan is ready.
Post-launch optimization & report
Iterative actions based on Search Console data: re-indexing of forgotten URLs, redirect adjustments, and content recovery. Transparent report on the outcome compared to the pre-launch baseline.
