About the business and the brief
Tryggföretagare operates in business insurance - an industry where customers compare several providers in parallel tabs, where trust decides the conversion and where the same customer rarely returns. The brief from Tryggföretagare was to build a digital presence that moves cold visitors to quote requests without friction. Hive Creatives owned strategy, information architecture, web design, development, on-page SEO, content production and technical foundation - with a focus on making complex insurance feel simple, transparent and trustworthy.
Challenge
Insurance is one of the hardest products to sell online. It is complex, comparison-heavy and emotionally loaded: the customer wants to be protected but does not want to pay for coverage they do not need. The challenge was to build a site that makes the offer clear and concrete (here is what you get, here is what it costs) without oversimplifying to the point of losing credibility. Add requirements for strong SEO in a competitive insurance market, YMYL content demands (Your Money, Your Life), mobile-first UX, fast load times, GDPR-compliant lead handling and a brand that feels trustworthy without being dull - and the scope becomes clear.
Solution
We built a website where insurance is presented clearly, transparently and without jargon. The information architecture is based on search intent: every page addresses a specific insurance need (e.g. consultant insurance, contractor insurance, business group insurance) and guides the visitor towards a quote request. Content is concrete: what is covered, what is not, what it costs - no fine print, no hidden surprises. Technically we delivered a fast, mobile-first site with clean semantic structure, schema.org markup, optimised Core Web Vitals and secure lead handling. The design is calm, professional and proof-driven: customer quotes, trust signals and clear CTAs are built into every page.Insurance is one of the hardest products to sell online.
